I'll start by saying that I don't use this because Windowblinds already does this for me. If I didn't have Windowblinds I would use this. Here's what the program does.

Linux has had that for years now.
Fun to see windows play catch-up.

nice, but i dont think i need it on this pc.

i dont do a lot of multitasking, even though it's capable of it.

Cool. It's very Mac-like. It really takes some getting used to, that's for sure. When I bounce back and forth to Macs, I often think, "that's a cool feature...but would I use it?" Probably! I like to reduce as much clutter on my desktop as possible. But this would keep the window there without the whole window min/maximize animations that microsoft supplies.
