Windows Calendar

Looked around and don't see anyone else asking this question. So,

Since the first of the year my calendar in windows isn't reminding me for events. I'm using Vista Home Premium with service pack 1.

Anyone else have this issue?

Any idea?

Bump.

No one?, nada, zip... no ideas, no advice?

This things driving me nuts. I'm forgetting all kinds of stuff, been relying on the calendar for too long maybe.

Sorry dude, I have very little to offer.......

Active Desktop Calendar – Software organizer with calendar on desktop wallpaper – XemiComputers

I use this and it works great for me, I personally inlaid my wallpaper to make it less ghastly looking but you can customize how it looks.

I use Google calendar along with Google sync on my Blackberry to keep everything in order and up to date.

Just looked back on this and realized you were trying to find a solution to an issue and all I did was tell you what I do.

Maybe you can try syncing your calendar with Google Calendar, or maybe Sunbird then clear out your old one, see if you can update it again. Or maybe just stick with one of the new options if they work better for you?

I use a paper calendar from "Hooters." Good luck!

this is the only thing I can find that gives any solution to a problem like you are having. other people who claim the same issue state this solution

Error message when you restart a Windows Vista-based computer: "Windows Calendar has stopped working"

Thanks, looks like there's a download. Will try it and let you know.
