Can anyone tell me what software to use to manage ALL my email acounts with no problem to configure

Gmail?

Web based? Gmail.

Computer based? Outlook.

What do you consider "no problem to configure?" Any program will need some configuration to handle various types of email accounts.

What he said. You may also want to look at thunderbird.

I use Thunderbird - free and now it has a calendar plugin, does pretty much the same job as Outlook. I have 4 email accounts setup in mine and all runs smoothly.

Thunderbird for me before I migrated everything to Gmail

Another vote for the T-bird. I use it to manage all my email accounts, plus RSS feeds.
