So, I woke up today to find out that my son did SOMETHING to my computer. He doesn't know what he did and I can't figure it out.

When my mouse isn't at the top, there is nothing, just my explorer window. When I move my pointer up there, down pops toolbars, but I'm missing the menu bar (File,edit, bookmarks, etc). I've tried everything I can think of and I can't bring it back. ): It's highly annoying.
