				Slightly atypical Firefox cache question

I recently opened a Youtube video in Firefox. The video was subsequently deleted from Youtube.

The vid still plays in my browser, without a buffer lag. I KNOW it's on my computer somewhere. However, I can NOT find it in the cache. I have tried navigating to it in windows explorer, and it just isn't in the cache. I used about:blank and page info to no avail. It does not appear in the memory cache or the disk cache that I can see. I also tried delutube and a couple of others with no luck. Isn't there a (hopefully free) utility that will record vids that you play in your browser? Thanks. |

I don't have an answer on recording, but have you tried about:cache and pasting the location on disk in the address bar yet? I don't see how about:blank could help so that's why I ask, I think you meant about:cache but wanted to make sure.

Yes, you're right about about:cache. It just isn't there. I know there's a utility that captures video, but I can't remember what it is. |
