Hmm.. Most likely ATI. It's PCI-E, No fan so I'm guessing it's on the lower end. Is that VGA + Super video or DVI + super video outputs?
Best bet would be googling the model number which should be found on one of those barcoded stickers. It might just be a string of a few numbers or lucky it it says Model:ati-10-210823 or some crap.

If you can get a clear shot of those stickers, I bet the model number is on there. Most likely ATI, as others have said.

I've got an X800 XL, x800 XT and x600 SE, and I can say that although it looks closest to an x600SE, it's not quite that. The 600 had a smaller passive heat sink and a big capacitor at the end.

Then again, different manufacturers of ATI may have different components/looks to the video card. No?
