Firefox won't display secure pages
When I try to open any secure pages in Firefox, I get the following:
This just started happening after changed to Vista. the weird part is, I can still get to secure sites through IE. As you can see from the screenshot, I am going through the proxy at work. I haven't tried this on a 'straight internet' connection yet, but will try later tonight. Any ideas in the meantime?

The proxy adds a layer of complication that will make this extremely difficult to diagnose. Try it without the proxy and report back; that will help isolate the problem.
A shot in the dark is that if it's only secure sites affected, Firefox's security settings may be improperly set. You'll find them under Preferences>Advanced (I think Preferences is under Tools in Windows, but I can't remember for sure out of hand).

So, it works when I'm not connected through the proxy server at work. So now I know it's not FF's fault.
More testing at work tomorrow, I guess.

Fixed my own problem, largely thanks to Augi.
I switched to FoxyProxy, and the problem just seemed to disappear. *shrug*
