Changing monitor display angle
Sorry the title is so long winded
IS there a way to change the way the monitor displays the info on your P>C a friend of mind reckons he can have the display shown at a 90' angle Is this possible and how ?

Nvidia and ATI's control panel system tray icon has a setting that controls this - right-click on it and then go to rotation settings. Its pretty straight-forward if you have the system tray Icon. However some of the less-than-par video cards wont provide that feature. There is also a program called 'Pivot Pro' you could use (30-day trial; $39.95 to buy).

In addtion to Vitter's info, a lot of the higher end LCDs have a pivot stand specifically for this purpose. Besides being amusing at first, it's great for editing documents (you can see the whole page instead of having to scroll) and for programming, if you're a coder.
