IE Download Trouble - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Ok, this is probably a dumb question, but how do i make IE pop up a window for a destination to save to, without having to right click, when i download something? Its automatically saving it to temp files, when before it was letting me set the destination, and I have to right click now to specify a location and its a pain especially when i cant right click it. Am i making sense?

I dont know if it matters but Im runnin Norton pro antivirus, with ZA Pro firewall, and Pop-up stopper professional.
