How do you purge searches on google?

In IE 6:

Tools / Internet Options / Content / AutoComplete / Clear Forms.

That will clear everything for autocomplete. You can disable it in there altogether as well.

If you are using the Google Toolbar, click on the down arrow next to the word Google. Then click on clear search history. Very simple.
