I have said it before and will say it again Dont get a microsoft mouse. They are really nice at first but they all wear out way too fast. Of the few i had they all started to wear out where the left mouse click button would get over sensitive. So instead of one click it would double or triple click. Most annoying thing ever. On the other hand i have never worn out a logitech mouse and i use them way way too much for my own good. They sell everything from dirt cheap real basic simplistic mice to fancy top of the line gaming mice with more features then you could ever need.

Plaid, by too-fast wear out, how long are you talking here? I've had my MS mouse for 3.5 years now and it works like brand new. Granted, I've always wanted side buttons, but not badly enough to buy a new mouse when I have a perfectly good one :)
AquaFox, I drool over yours. |
I have no complain of product of my Logitech G5
It is the shizzle, as some might say. |
Figured out how to fix my problem in case anyone is having a similar problem: plug the usb wireless plug back into the mouse every once in a while. I had forgotten that this was intended to be a laptop mouse.

By too fast i mean i have never had one last a full year. The main button gets oversensitive. starts to double click instead of single click then it starts doing it alot more often then sometimes even tripleclicks. I suppose for web browsing or something it would be just fine and last a long time. but doing alot of gaming and a whole lot of clicking they just dont last.

Greatest thing ever.

I use a Razor Copperhead - since it had the highest poll rate I could find at the time for FPS gaming. I also have a large Wacom tablet for illustrations.
