Believe it or not I've yet to touch one. If the package of their hardware + retrospect works well, some of my clients could really use it. The main purpose would be for backup with media exchange and offsite rotation.
I'm done building my custom "support opportunity" boxes for this. Any horror stories? 1) How is Retrospect integrated? I assume once the Retrospect clients are installed the rest is taken care of by their backup manager. Does Retrospect act as an rsync client or something? I've used Retrospect, but not outside of their Windows/Mac-centric model. 2) Service/support tales? 3) Found something you like even more? Yes, I'm bouncing similar questions off their forums, but sometimes we do better.
