Your favorite tech sites
I do a fair amount of browsing of tech sites such as engadget, tomshardware, arstechnica and slashdot.
Other sites such as extremetech, wired, gizmodo, and missingremote get some of my traffic. What are your favorite tech-type sites? I'm curious because my reading has become a bit stale as of late and am wondering what out there has grabbed the readership of fellow TFP'ers. I suppose I'm most interested in hardware reviews, HTPC, and DIY projects but industry news stuff is sometimes welcome. |
http://www.ncix.com/ i check this place for random hardware to buy. mostly for prices... it's canadian but theres also a us version.
http://www.steves-digicams.com/ this is a great site for camera reviews. |
This site of course ;)
On my google homepage, i have RSS feeds for all sorts of sites... news sites like Digg/Slashdot, DIY sites like Instructables and eHow. I also read Hackaday, and columns such as Steve Bass' Tips and Tweaks and George Ou's column. Then there's the bargain bin sites... |
