Do you have the actual mouse settings cranked up, or the mouse settings in Windows cranked up? Many high tech cockpit mice have software or third party settings that let you make them more sensitive, but if you don't turn up the built-in Windows setting then you'll never get it high enough.

i have the windows setting all the way. the mouse i use is about 10 years old and there isnt a driver for it other than for windows 95. i'd like to upgrade to something else but its are the only one i can use.

i know i read somewhere there was a reg key you could modify and give it your own value but i just cant remember.

Adjustable mouse sensitivity and you can adjust it on the fly too.

The software included with many mice will override these changes but it's worth a try.
