How do I rip a site?

I need to completely rip my entire site hosted by someone else who doesn't have a tool available for me to do it. I need all the data from text to pics. It would be very nice if I could rip it and have the data automaticaly stored in folders set up just like my web pages so that if I ever need to put my site back the original way, it would be easy.

Thanks in advance!

I've used HTTrack before and it seems to work quite well.

HTTrack is excellent.
