PCMCIA adapter for 1GB XD cards
I went and bought a camera off of eBay, and it works slick. Didn't include the cable, but I wasn't too worried about it, as I was going to get a PCMCIA adapter for the laptop anyways. So, this morning, went to Best Buy, and got one. I had some pics on a 16MB card that was with the camera, so I got it all put together, and got them off of the card. To test function, I went and took a video, and a couple of pics on the 1GB card, and then went to take them off. Wouldn't read it. So, I got on SanDisk's site, and was informed that it only reads up to 512MB!!! While I can return the adapter, it still leaves me with pics on a card that I can't get off.
Short question...what PCMCIA adapters out there will read 1GB "H" cards? Thanks.

The camera should have a USB port on it; just directly plug it in to your computer.

I know, but that kills batteries, too. I was able to get a cable for the camera for under $5, so that will suffice for the interim, but I'd like a "non-powered" solution preferably.
