Component video (RCA) to VGA adapter

OK. I'm trying to run dual monitors off of my MSI K7N2G-L nForce motherboard. I set up a monitor with a TV using the VGA port for the monitor and the yellow component (RCA) port for the TV. However, I can't seem to find a RCA to VGA converter so I can use another monitor. Anyone have one? Where can I get one?

i'm thinking that wouldn't look too good - isn't the tv/video signal of a lesser quality than a vga signal?

anyways, does your mb really let you split the desktop over the vga and tv outs?? my video card is an either/or situation
