Where to buy Mobo bundles?
I've had some success with www.monarchcomputer.com, and waaaaayy back in the day I used accessmicro...but now they're referred to as "Assrape Micro" for reasons that suck.
Anyway, where do you people buy stuff? MPEDrummer |
www.svc.com
www.newegg.com www.directron.com www.xoxide.com heres a couple where i buy all my stuff, they have the best prices from what i have found. hope it helps some..... bubba |
try your local 'fry's electronics'
i always see real good mobo + proc bundles there. most of them time, the mobo is ECS. check out www.outpost.com for more info |
I've gotten my stuff at www.TigerDirect.com and been happy with them.

pricewatch Has never steered me wrong.

Newegg gets my vote.
If you're on the west coast try www.pcclub.com and visit one of their stores. Great service and deals for a brick and mortar store :D |
www.newegg.com its cheap and the best
|
newegg.com <-the best
pcclub.com fry's store (if you live in Cali) and a online store that starts with Txxx in florida (sorry I forgot the name but maybe someone else remembers it.) I have very good experince with all three stores except fry's but that's because I never visited Fry's. |
googlegear.com

I don't have a positive vote, but I have to vote against Fry's Electronics. I don't think I've ever seen a good price in there on anything. Especially not their mobos and CPUs.
In fact, they have the highest prices on CPUs I've ever seen. |
<- Industry type w/ kickass employee discount. nyaah nyaah...
Online vendors I regularly plug include www.pc-pitstop.com, who tends to value quality over selection, and has decent prices. the BEST place for SCSI adapters/cables. www.centrix-intl.com which is a surplus vendor www.hitechcafe.com, surplus/refurb specialists who occasionally have new stuff. www.netseller.com but I wouldn't buy a mobo from them as they only carry brands that I don't respect. |
