Trouble with Yahoo IM
 

I changed my username in Yahoo IM and when I tried to start it, it was all messed up. I cant remember what it was doing, but i decided to reinstall it. I went to uninstall it with the control panel and there were three entries for Yahoo. I picked the one that said Messenger. After doing this it didnt uninstall anything and when i tried to start Yahoo IM, i got a Ypager error. I tried reinstalling from the yahoo website and still had the same problem. I tried rolling back the system one day to a restore point. The part i uninstalled was back and i was able to run the messenger. Now i have the problem that none of the animations and things will work. It keeps saying i need to upgrade to the newest flash player which ive done quite a few times and the yahoo features still wont work. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

Best bet is to uninstall every yahoo entry you see in the control panel, then reinstall from scratch.

dont forget to go to C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\ and delete everything in there too.
