does anyone own or know a bit about the dell 2005FPW??
i am interested in buying one and want to hear about some personal pros and or cons that there might be
is 12ms good for gaming? i read a few reviews but i thought i would ask here for some opinons as well |
I've got two sitting on one side of my desk (dual-desktop) desk and two more sitting on the other side of my desk (dual desktop). I love them. Lots of room. If you're planning on using them in x64 Windows, they will just show up as plug-n-play monitors, as you cannot force the 32-bit driver on them.
As far as games go, I don't know about that, but as far as desktop viewing, they rock. |
thank you for the info :)

I have the 1905, and have seen the 2005FPW and 2405FPW (i think it is) play games great. I notice almost no ghosting at all on my 19 using DVI...

I have a 2005FPW that is amazing for gaming. The response time isn't an issue even on the fastest FPSs, and the screen is the best I've ever had. Not to mention that 168x1050 resolution is a godsend for games like WoW, where the interface elements can take up most of your room on a smaller resolution. Anyway, highly recommended.

I have two of these monitors and they are awesome. Great for gaming or anything else you could possibly do on your PC. Don't even hesitate if you're considering purchasing one.
