this has been bugging me for quite some time now...
this is probably a ridiculously stupid question, but i need to know.
this screenshot is just taken from a firefox site, but pay attention to the title bar and the min/max/close buttons... they're glossy. how do i get my XP to look like that? is it a theme or what?

looks like it might be one of the imitation Vista themes for XP. you should be able to find them pretty easily by googling it although microsoft isn't too fond of people making themes that look like their new OS.
they made one guy stop distributing his theme that imitated Vista: http://arstechnica.com/journals/microsoft.ars/2005/12/14/2105 |

Goto www.stardock.com and try out WindowBlinds 5.0 you should be able to apply that theme. Alternatively you can also try StyleXP it is linked from www.themexp.org. Good luck finding the theme you like the most. I have been using it for over a year now. And I love it....
