reviving old threads?
Hey. Can someone help me out with the TFP laws on reviving old threads? Should I just not post if they are too old - or revive them - or make a new thread with a link to the old? Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If it's something that you would like to add to, feel free to post to the thread. Generally, posting a new thread when one on the exact same topic already exists is frowned upon because it clutters things up a bit. And the age of the thread doesn't matter as long as you have something to add to the thread.

I like old threads...cause i haven't read most of them. :) And, if you have a question, then it may be already answered...like the question of when you get an avatar...:p

Just post to the old thread. Not only does it keep post duplication to a minimum, but it breathes a little fresh air into old forgotten threads that many of us have enjoyed, but long forgotten. Often a thread is "revitalized", and I see the responses of old names that haven't been around in awhile. Plus, it's fun to reread my responses from a year or two ago. Sometimes it's amazing to see how much we've grown...or not.
