Do you have to ask a mod to review your posts before you can get an avatar?

I can only say that I didn't have to ask. I thought I was getting close to 250 so I looked and was actually 15 over. I went to the avatar section and I was already granted the priviledge. If you feel you should have been granted this priviledge, send a PM to a mod or administrator. The worst they will say is that they don't believe you are ready yet.

if you read the TFP rules in the newbie forum it tells you 250 posts AND 2 months of membership...my guess is that since you havent been here two months yet, your review hasnt been done yet.

Interesting. I read that it was one month, but if that's what is then ok.
