lets say i have a bunch of pictures numered between 01.jpg and 60.jpg, is there any way to add all those pictures to a post without having to tag every single one of them?

Use the post generator.
In the bottom left side of this window is a drop down box labeled "Forum Jump". One of the top options is "Post Generator" which will allow you to add multiple images that are consequetively named at one time.
