Searching limit
I was curious to see what kinds of posts some of our more established members made back when they were newbies to this board*, so I went to a profile and clicked on "Find all posts by {username}". However, this search topped out at 500 posts. Is there any way to search farther back than that?
Really, I don't spend all day trying to find ways to break the forum; I'm just nosy... --- *Yes, I know that this won't work in all cases, since the first couple of TFPs are lost to history. |
Check in your User CP under options and make sure that you have Default Thread Age Cut Off set to "Show all threads"

I set that one back on the first day, so that wasn't it. I figured out that I could reverse the 'sort by date' order, in which case I got the first 500 posts, rather than the most recent 500 posts. Good enough for my purposes, so I'm OK now.
