Searching limit
 

I was curious to see what kinds of posts some of our more established members made back when they were newbies to this board*, so I went to a profile and clicked on "Find all posts by {username}". However, this search topped out at 500 posts. Is there any way to search farther back than that?

Really, I don't spend all day trying to find ways to break the forum; I'm just nosy...

*Yes, I know that this won't work in all cases, since the first couple of TFPs are lost to history.

Check in your User CP under options and make sure that you have Default Thread Age Cut Off set to "Show all threads"

I set that one back on the first day, so that wasn't it. I figured out that I could reverse the 'sort by date' order, in which case I got the first 500 posts, rather than the most recent 500 posts. Good enough for my purposes, so I'm OK now.
