How to you post and avatar and where do you resize the jpeg to do it ?

i'm going to suggest you use the search function to find one of the many preexisting threads on this exact subject. beyond that, i'm going to close this thread so we don't have yet another one floating about getting posted upon. the last thing i'm going to do is ask that you shuffle off to the newbies forum and have a look at some of the notices that have been placed there for your benefit, so you never have to ask questions like this one again.
