Can anyone tell me how to add a pic to a message? Im a bit of a thecnological idiot.

Two ways to do it:
1) If the thread allows (ie Tilted Photography) you can Attatch File (Browsing from you computer below the Message Box).
2) Follow phred's wonderful How-To here.

And please try a search before your next question - chances are that it would have been answered somewhere in the land of the TFP.
