Curiousity about why my signature was edited.
 

It now states "No Plugging"

All it previously showed was two url links to two websites that I own and run. Both of which are not even really websites.

One was a image gallery that was public and anyone could add and contribute to.

The other was a link to my online radio station, also public.

Both of which have nothing what so ever to do or go against this forum.

I'm not here to argue, I'd just like a explination or somthing rather then just having my stuff changed w/out being told why or what.

I had that signature set for a rather long time, and now it suddenly goes away.

Sorry you weren't notified - you should have been and we dropped the ball in that respect.

It's not about competition, just courtesy. I suspect it lasted as long as it did just cause we didn't notice it until now.

If you have a website you'd like people to go to, use the WWW section in your profile (which I see it looks like you are) - that's what it's there for.

Fair enough, I guess I just see it differently from advertising as a public service being offered for the better good. :)

Yet that goes against his earlier post of saying you only get one spot to put a URL of any other site (www in profile).

Does that mean I can put back MY radio station that I PAID for in my signaturem along with MY image gallery thats on MY domain that I PAID for?

I think that Hal meant that the payer (the poster) has to pay the TFP as it is a form of advertisment - I don't know if a donation is good enough payment for a site plug situation.
