posting pictures
 

Either I'm just not gettin it or something's not set right. How do I upload pictures (more than one) that I have on my own hard drive? I have tried to accomplish this but don't seem to get it right. Somebody help me please!

perhaps a little more help as to the specific situation you're experiencing and at what point you're getting problems. when you give us details, we'll be able to give you solutions.

Here's the situation in more detail:
I have some pictures I took on vacation that I wanted to share in the Tilted Photography section. There are about 3 pictures that are currently on my hard drive that I would like to post on a new thread. If I use the attachment feature and preview my post they don't show up. I also don't seem to be able to post more than one. Do I need to use a comma or something between files? If the images don't show up on the previews will they still show up on the final post?

is there anything odd in the filenames? what types of files are they? any strange punctuation marks or anything else that may make it difficult to link the images? have you considered hosting the images on an outside server and linking them in? see this thread for details.

There's the problem. You can only attach one pic per post. If you preview, the attachment will be lost. Just attach one pic and post the thread (but don't preview after attaching). Then just attach a pic with the next 2 replies in the same manner.

Tried that- still no go. My thread posted with no picture.
