Paypal payment was removed from TFP for EULA reasons.

Or better said: Paypal removed itself from TFP because of its own 'morals'.

There was a thread about this not too long ago, search for it.

As much as we may like it back PayPal is no longer an option.
Yahoo works well or you can snail mail.
