When I went to reply to the "What was your first modem" I wanted to hotlink a picture. I didn't see the toolbar above the quick reply box and so I clicked "Go Advance" so I could go to the full reply screen. When I looked over, all the toolbars are gone. No Bold, Underline, Text options, bullets, no nothing.

I changed the skin, but still didn't see anything... am I missing something?

EDIT: Please delete this thread, I must have fucked with some options in my User CP last night when I was trying to change skins on my phone. I fixed it.
