Chat
 

I have tried a few times and cannot get onto the chat. I am not very knowledgable about computers and I was wondering If there is something more I could try than simply pressing 'chat' and crossing my fingers :)

It sounds like you're using Internet Explorer and your security settings for Java are set too high. You're going to either have to lower the settings or try a different web browser. You could also download a chat client and visit with that. Secretmethod created a great guide to downloading and installing a chat client in this thread.
