I told a friend of mine to register. Apparently the system we currently use does not accept anyone born in 1988 as being 18 years old. He has tried to dates as old as Jan 1st 1988 to see if that would work. No such luck.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

I might be shooting myself in the foot here.. but... lie? Come on, who tells the truth on the internet?

Besides, if he's a mature guy and contributes to the board, I don't care what he puts down as his age (as long as he is legally allowed to view and read stuff)

K I'll tell him to just give in and put 1987. Do you have any idea what would cause that? It seems ....kind of weird for it not to register that as 18 years old.

My brother regged as 88 and it worked fine.
