Page forbidden?
In the past couple of weeks, I keep getting a message that says Page forbidden (or something similar)...it basically looks like any page that IE can't find, but it says forbidden instead of page not found. I can't get to any page on the site for some time...and then I can. Is this happening to anyone else?

It'll happen if you're using a web client that is throttled to load pages quicker than average.
