Clean up the Tilted Knowledge
I was just browsing around the other day and felt a little bit like expanding my brain. Wandering over to tilted knowledge I was surprised by the fact that almost every thread was a thirty second mystery. Now I'm not against these and I've even participated in a few myself but once they're figured out maybe they could be deleted? It looks really cluttered in there all the time and it's hard to find some real knowledge. I counted today and 20 out of the 40 threads on the front page were thirty second mysteries and it was a good day.

I agree, there are a lot of them. I say, don't delete them, condense them into one freakin huge thread
|
Maybe delete them a few days after theyve been figured out so that everyone can see the answer but it doesnt take up so much room.
|
If they are so popular why not create a Forum dedicated to them...
|
^Because we can't have a forum dedicated to every little thing. Really, creating one giant merged thread is probably the best thing to do.
|
^Problem is it's not "every little thing" - It's become very popular and is overtaking the forum. It's clear that there are enough posts to justify a new forum. I'm not convinced it's the best idea, but I'm even less convinced that merging them into one huge thread is a good idea - this would kill them a lot as it would become very hard to follow which of the origonal posts the reply was to.
I'd advocate the new forum - titled trivia or tilted puzzles or similar. |
^why not just make a subsection of tilted knowlege? And really, it wouldn't be that hard, it would be simply going to the last page of the thread.
I still vote for either a sub forum, or a giant merged thread. |
Whatever you do, I agree that Tilted Knowledge is totally overrun by them and it really clutters the forum...
|
A small link after you get into the tilted knowledge page to tilted puzzling. Maybe that would be put into gaming? It's up to admin to decide that I guess.
|
Why can we not have it on the main page? I think that such a forum may well pull a few more people away from 100% titty board visiting and into the "up there" forums! Puzzles and trivia are always a good way to start and often something that people would think "Hmm - that may well be worth a look".

After all, If I wanted to play games, I would go to tilted nonsence :-/ No offense to the posters of said games. |
Tilted nonsense is for, well, nonsense, but the stuff posted that we are debating about is trivia - not exactly factual stuff, but more logic puzzles etc - this is not nonsense. I still advocate the creation of a "tilted trivia".

Just wanted to say.....Thanx for listening and acting to all the admins, Mods, and Halx. I actually intend to start posting in knowledge again.
|
I would like to second the thank you.
