The avatar description line - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I have to apologize if this has been covered before, but I searched for avatar and it seemed like every single post came up in the search results.
I was graced by the TFP gods and now have an avatar. I have seen above some members' avatars the description line is personalized. Can someone please tell me how to modify that so mine says something other than Insane? I mean, Pinky's not the brightest bulb in the pack, but I wouldn't call him insane!

The ability to modify your title doesn't come at the same post count where you get to add your avatar.

it's called a custom title... and you gotta participate a lot more to get one

Thanks, I just wasn't sure if the custom title capability came at the same time as the avatar or not.
