More emotion options in journal....
I like the "emotions" selection in the journal section, but I find that there's a lot of times when I want to put something that isn't there. Things like "relieved", "tired", "perplexed", "annoyed", "overwhelmed", "overjoyed" and such.
Is there a way that we can have a blank spot that would allow us to "insert your emotion here"? TIA

No Tec, he's not talking about emoticons... he means the actual "emotion" words that are in the journal entry (which appear below the header). There are a pretty limited number of options there... I've noticed this as well. Any chance of putting a "free for all" emotion in there, or increasing the word choice?

You know, I've always wondered why the pull-down menu exists at all. Seems to me that it would be more efficient and more flexible to just have a spot that can be filled in by the journalist.
Unfortunately, I don't know enough to answer the question about how feasible a replacement would be. The journals are a plug-in component, so I don't know how much modification we can do (ethically or practically). I think the idea is a valid one though.
