College Football - Ohio State v Texas

This game is blowing up big in Columbus. It's the first time the two teams have ever played! Both teams are loaded. Some have said this is the biggest game ever in the Horseshoe... including all those great Michigan battles.

Certainly it has big time national interest.

Your thoughts?

Thanks for listening.

I doubt it's the "biggest", but it's huge.

I'll be watching...unless it's on during the Maryland game, of course

I don't know, I'm a Buckeye but Michigan and Notre Dame is tomorrow and because of the rivalry and history that will probably be a much bigger game than OSU-Texas..... and that is one of the most painful things I have had to admit in a very long time.

Besides call me a fool and a pessimist but games overhyped like this one.... usually turn out to be blowouts and very boring.... hope not.

I'm from Michigan and I'm looking forward to both the Michigan-ND game and the Ohio State-Texas game. Should be a great day of foootball today (assuming Michigan and Texas both win, I mean )

We'll be watching at my house - since we're Buckeyes (and still loyal fans) who lived in Texas for a decade. This is going to be a good match up IMHO...

College Football is the Best!

Ha Ha. I've said it before and I'll say it again. The entire Big Ten Conference is so over rated. Look at them, oh how they dropped like flies on saturday. There isn't much I like more than to see a big ten team eat it big time.

Nothing but...Big preTenders

I actually didn't get to seen TX play this year. My father lives in tx and he thinks they are. I would say Florida, VT, Tennessee, LSU basically everyone in the top 10 except for ND and FSU are overrated to some extent. Most of those teams deserve to be in the top 10, but LSU and Florida shouldn't even be near the top 10.

USC will loose 2 this year. ND and Cal

Florida will loose at least 3: Tennessee, Georgia, FSU

We can talk about NC predictions if you would like.

Ouch!

It was great to be there though. The crowd really did it's job.

I don't think this was a big ten sucks thing though. Both teams looked good. Longhorns looked to be the best. Still, OSU missed two good chances to put it away.

Anyway, now we don't have to put up with that BCS b.s. for the next 10-12 weeks. Think of all the work I'll get done.

Thanks for listening.

Thats one way to see it. Definately lowers the blood pressure when you don't have to gripe about the BCS rankings every week, worring about who beats who and complaining about strength of schedule and all that.

You gotta love that michigan loss though. Best part of my saturday afternoon.
