I pm'd bonescpa to see if he was interested in keeping score this year, but he has too much going on right now. He suggested crfpilot may be interested so I pm'd him also. Anybody else want that job?

That would be great.
One suggestion would be is to really make it so that it is obvious that we are doing this and give everyone tomorrow and saturday to sign up. With that said. Give everyone who puts there predictions in a point for Thursdays game. We would all have the win for the one game. How does that sound? Thanks for putting it together.

yeah, that sounds fair enough to me.
Hopefully we'll get a lot more people joined up over the next couple of days!

ok... well, as the above comments suggest, firstly everyone who joins in week 1 will have an automatic win on the Thursday game.
Im gonna close acceptance of predictions as late as I can on Sunday for this week... Ive been PM'ing some people who might wanna play and anyone who is playing or reading this, pass it on to anyone you know on here who might wanna play by all means. Rules will be the same as last year, you get a point for a correct pick (its just straight pick the winner, no spread) and the person with the most pts wins the week - everyone needs to predict no of combined pts scored in the Monday night game as a tie breaker. Overall pts at the end of the season are tallied up and then we get into post season! If anyone has any short term problems getting onto tfp you can email me your picks at adam_douglas1903@yahoo.com If you are getting into it and have total connection problems you can call me and give me your picks. (I hope Im not breaking any rules giving my number, just trying to do the job properly, but please let me know any mod if its not cool to post it and I'll edit it out and apologise!) +44 7834 952228 (ie dial code for the UK and then the lats bits) so, lets get as many people as we can to play! This week is still open, dont worry about missing the Pats game, but from no on, we will cut off the morning before the first game of the week.

yes, well people can see it now, clearly. The idea was if someone's connection got screwed late in the season, they could call in their picks if they wanted.
If its against the rules, I'll take it down. But for myself, I dont see it as a big deal - whats the worst that can happen, someone prank calling me or something?

Hi,
One other suggestion I would make is that going forward (obviously you couldn t do it this week) you list the match ups and have everyone list their picks in the same order. It will make things a lot easier for you.
