Kareem Rush is gone!
The Los Angeles Lakers traded away Kareem Rush to the Charlotte Bobcats for two future second round draft picks. Another thing I just heard on the news sounded something like this: Bobby Simmons to Chicago, Eddy Curry to the Warriors, and Mike Dunleavy, Jr. to my Clippers.
I'm not too thrilled about losing Bobby Simmons, but I'm excited to see how Dunleavy will fare under his father.

Now I'm in complete agreement with the Rush trade. Lakers immediately signed Tony Bobbitt, who fits into the offense a lot better.
I think the Simmons news is TERRIBLE. I'm getting the drift that Chris Wilcox was also included in the deal, which is also shit. Man... I don't like this one bit. Simmons is one of the main reasons why the Clips are doing so well. What makes the management think Dunleavy Jr will play for his dad any better? Ugh. Philosophy: Why pay for good talent, when you can get by with mediocre talent? Trading Wilcox and Simmons gives Mikki Moore and Quentin Ross a lot more face time, but I think depth is a lot more valueable than it seems.
