Washington's not very good, and they're blaming Gibbs for it. But all the commentators are forgetting that his teams have always taken a while to start clicking. It's just a matter of time for the offense to be decent.

If ya'll want to know about gibbs, just check his record back in '81 and look at how his first skins team started. It just takes his teams a while to adjust to his system. Now it is even worse cuz he has to adjust to the new NFL--it's going to be a matter of time.

I think you are seeing the offense finally clicking in the last two games.
They are playing Joe Gibbs style of football, Smashmouth, time consuming, long drives to score. The only thing they seem to be lacking is the deep ball threat. I think you will see that worked into the system over the next few weeks, and into next season. |
Did I miss something here. Looking at the Skins record, it looks like they lost 4 out of their last 5 games, winning only against the lowly Giants. Is this a good thing?

I think it is just promising to us fans that the offense is finally showing some signs of life.

I feel bad for the Skins and their fans, they have got shafted on real bad pass interference calls that affected the outcome of two games.
