TFP Suicide Pool Week #7
Week #7 of the TFP Suicide Pool (same story, different week)
Week six has finished and it is more of the same. No one failed this week, so we still have six players remaining. We started with 57 in week one, dropped to 40 for week two, seventeen going into week 3, lost three players week three, lost 5 players in week 4, and three more let loose the mortal coil in week 5. If your name is on the following list, you may continue on. If your name is not on this list, you are more than welcome to post a pick, if you are willing to receive harsh and embarrassing comments made about you since this is for the remaining participants only. (Congratulatory or self-deprecating messages are also welcome.) First a repeat of the rules: 1. Each week you must pick one team to win that week. (Point spreads are irrelevant!) If they win you continue on in the pool the next week. You lose, you are out. 2. You may only pick a team one time during the pool to win a game. Once you have picked a team, that can not be used for the remainder of the season. (This is where the strategy comes into play - choose wisely when to take your "sure thing" team.) If you “accidently” pick a team you have used previously, you will lose and then be prepared to be mocked and thoroughly embarrassed (hereinafter referred to as the “inharmony rule”). Since this is a single elimination, be sure to have your pick in by midnight EST the night before the first game. If the mod (thanks again Spectre) locks the thread before you pick, you have not picked, and have lost. http://www.nfl.com/schedules Now on to the remaining participants. Again, if you name isn’t on this list, your pick will not count. BonesCPA, crfpilot, Dengar, Jesus Malverde, jobu, magnum_xxxl Best of luck to all remaining.

I had planned on leaving it up to you and if you made the mistake of the double pick, then it was your fault. However, since there has be a request, I will see if I can post all the remaining players.

Damn this is going to be as tough as the final table in a poker tourney. I'm pretty sure everyone that is left follows the NFL more than the average fan. Besides the Pats and Eagles, this season is weird, don't you think?
Alright, enough with all the chatting, I'll just post my pick: New Orleans Oakland has been anemic. Good thing the 'Fins and Bills are having their problems, or all eyes would be on the Raiders as the worst team in the NFL this year.
