Yeah I feel your pain man. I was telling a friend of mine Miami just might get the only distintion of having the only team that has two perfect records...a season of all wins and a season of all loses.
Sigh... But have you heard some of the stupid crap Ricky has said since he's left? His latest line was some rambling about how he doesn't want the money and that it's basically blood money to him and it was the money that made him unhappy(then give the shit away freak!). But then he went on to say that he didn't have the money to pay them back(you smoked up millions of dollars? The combined casts of the Cheech and Chong movies, Half baked and the Friday movies couldn't smoke that much weed much less one man) but he was looking forward to making the money back so he can pay them their cash back... WTF?!!! Ricky was my favorite but he just might now go down as my most hated athelete ever just ahead of Dennis Rodman and Bill Lambeer. |

Don't take this the wrong way, but if I were you, I'd hope to lose as many games as possible. As long as Wannie is in charge, the Dolphins are screwed. I watched as tore apart the Bears a few years back, and I knew he'd screw the Dolphins up when they hired him. As soon as he's gone, things will start getting better for them and you.

But I agree spectre. I'm looking forward to Wansted being fired, and getting a solid draft pick for next year. I'm just worried that this horrid season will be blamed on injury and Ricky Williams alone, and numbnuts will keep his job because of that.

As a Bucs fan, I feel your pain. I am sure you guys will win one. The Bucs are still the only team to go winless - except it was only 14 games in a season back then. When we finally won today, everyone was going crazy. Like we won the superbowl again. Sadly, it was only one win.
Good luck to you. Hey, there are still 11 more games to go, right? Odds are you will win at least one! |

Only good things that could come out of this season when its all said and done:
1) Dave "I couldn't coach girls volleyball" Wannstedt gets canned. 2) Good draft pick for a top notch RB or QB. 3) Ricky decides to rejoin Football, Dolphins trade him to Oakland for a 2nd Round pick to get the other from point 2 (Either RB or QB). 4) Boston actually comes back healthy next season. Chambers, Boston and Booker would be a nice receiving trio if they actually had a running game to fear and a qb to throw them the ball instead of throwing it to the other team. Scary Facts of week 5: Dolphin QB's have thrown just as many TD's to the other team as they have their own. |

I'll want to give you dolphins fans some credit. My Father-in-law is a die hard dolphins fan, & because they aren't do well this year he has completely turned his back to football. It's pathetic, I'm a Cowboys fan & I stayed true thru the Campo seasons.
Stay true to your Dolphins, they will turn it around in a couple of seasons. |

we have the receivers..we just need a good O line. I mean if we had a decent O line Fiedler would be doing better. Look at last season. The O line was considerably better (granted we had a running game so that helped) and fiedler didn't to terribly. I think we need to get rid of Wannie, then start on the O line and get a decent consistent RB. If they do go with a QB first they better not pick that lame ass Chris Rix of Florida State. ( yes I'm an FSU fan and I HATE Chris Rix)

I'll stick with my Phins but having grown up in a house with a borderline psycho Cowboy fan that just acted like a complete ass half the time when the Cowboys lost I chose not to punish myself by watching a bad team.
I remember like 4 years ago when I was just so freakin sure the Phins where for real and then they got bounced in the playoff unceremoneously and that entire night I couldn't sleep I was that pissed off. At about 4 am I was like..."I'm a grown man pissed off over a game I don't play or get paid for watching...why am I letting myself be so depressed?" Ever since then...if any of my teams piss me off...click goes the TV and I'm done until the next time. My friends say I'm a sore loser and a bad fan but I figure better to turn your back on something needlessly pissing you off than getting ill over it. |

They are going to finally fix the QB situation this week. Sage Rosenfels is the answer. He is a winner and there is a lot to that. Everyone has always underestimated him and he always proves them wrong. You can't judge talent with a stopwatch. He has a good head and a good enough arm to get the job done.
Just don't let that pot-head back on your team. He wants to come back now that he knows he would have to pay the money back. He would just mail it in and be a warm body.

go dolphins. they have the defense to stay in every game. they really haven't lost by large margins except to the titans. if they don't win 4 games i would be surprised. ironically, i bet they have a great december they never had when they have winning teams. there is so much instability on the line, running back, receiver, everything having to do w/ the offense. you can't put it all on wannstedt. although i really don't think he inspires greatness in his player's. he doesn't have the confidence look that all the great coaches seem to have. he doesn't seem to have a group of guys that rally around him at all. rick spielman also will shoulder the blame(what's up w/ the hair rick). go back to defensive coordinator dave and get out of the ringer. on a positve note, you got to love marty booker. blue collar player w/ soft hands. and we finally get some high draft picks. i don't think dolphins have had top 10 draft pick since the ice ages. build that line.
