Quick question for BonesCPA, even though it's moot now

The final score for the tiebreaker was 38. If another TD had been scored, it would have been 45, which is what I picked. Since Carolina lost by 10 points, I would have lost the game, but won the tiebreaker. WOuld I have won the week? The way it was posted by BonesCPA, I wouldn't have, even though that's how it is said in the rules. I am just curious.

Bones and crfpilot do a fantastic job with this, and I'm thankful I have the chance to do something like this with nothing but my pride on the line

Wow, the Panthers looked absolutely dreadful tonight. Packers steamrolled them with ease.

So much for me expecting them to return to the Super Bowl.

The total points of the Monday night game are only used for tie break purposes. They do not add an extra point onto your total. Having the exact score does not matter. Like the Price is Right spinning wheel, the closer to the total points without going over gets the tie breaker. If all players go over, then the lowest guess wins.

Dang, so close, but a good start to the season, gotta take into consideration of finishing strong to get into the "offseason". I should have picked against my two favorite teams... Dallas and Carolina. I completely forgot about Randy Moss taking Dallas personally because they wouldn't draft him, grumble grumble....
