Wannstadt DOES prefer going for 2 instead of kicking the easy extra point to tie the game.
<-- Gloating Packer fan that still hasn't gotten over that HORRIBLE decision when Wannstadt was with the Bears. Boston has been over-rated for many years, but it is always sad to see a guy go down with an injury. Especially a knee injury.

One day an Englishman, a Scotsman, and an Irishman walked into a pub together. They each bought a pint of Guinness. Just as they were about to enjoy their creamy beverage, three flies landed in each of their pints. The Englishman pushed his beer away in disgust. The Scotsman fished the fly out of his beer and continued drinking it, as if nothing had happened. The Irishman, too, picked the fly out of his drink but then held it out over the beer and yelled "SPIT IT OUT, SPIT IT OUT, YOU BASTARD!" |

Spartak makes a good point. This may have actually SAVED Wannstedt's job. Without Williams and Boston, it would be hard to blame him for the Dolphins sucking this year.
As a Bills fan, I hope they keep him around a while longer.

Thats really unfortunate for Miami. Boston has the ability to be a number one receiver for some teams. He is still young (turns 26 this month) so hopefully he can fully recover and play again next year.
I think Wannstedt is out after this year no matter what, and its unfortunate he won't have the team he expected to make a playoff push. |

I think this is the year(s) that the dolphins need to start over... and just revamp everything. They have been contenders over the last 15-20 years. with only 2 sub-par seasons.
Its there time. Thats gotta be what it is.... fate is taking its course |
