And so the curse continues. Never has Toronto gone on to win the next round after beating Ottawa, and it looks like that was the case this time. Sad, really. I was hoping for an all-Canadian final, but it looks like Calgary is the only team left to cheer for.

Agreed Calgary is the only team left to cheer for. The Leafs showed a lot of heart to comeback like that, but in the end there just wasn't enough gas left in the tank, but it was a good season.

Dissapointing loss for the leafs. It was a valiant effort, they made all the right trades when they had to, and hopefully next year they can top this years performance.
