Yeah he's part owner of a Junior A team in my area him and Sheldon Keefe bought the team in the summer. He is innocent until proven guilty unless that doesn't apply anymore, so he could be back and playing hockey, I'm sure he is looking for a positive in this situation and maybe coming back to hockey is the motivation he needs to get his life in order.
If he dwells on the bad things he will go crazy and never be the same, I feel terrible for him the kid is 3 years younger than me, and if he has a drinking problem the teams are to blame for that not totally but partially, when they turn a blind eye to players with problems such as Theo Fleury, everyone knew he had a drinking problem you could tell just by looking at him, also there are rumours he was molested by Graham James around the same time as Sheldon Kennedy, and did these players get the help they needed no, maybe the NHL needs a more strict policy when it comes to players behaviour off the ice, or their partying habits, or their psycological state from things that may have happened. Just my opinion.

Im a Blues fan too and its been a bad week for us.
He is innocent until proven guilty but it looks like they have a good amount of evidence against him. Also, I dont think its the nhl or team's responsibility in a situation like this. Danton didnt miss practices and didnt seem to be alcoholic. And there is no way they could have stopped him from hiring a hitman. They can only tell he has a problem if he acts abnormaly and all his teammates said he was a good teammate.

Dave Frost sounds like a scary dude to me. Here's an interesting article from about 5 years ago:
