Although I wouldn't say I'm a bandwagon jumper, I'm just enjoying the hockey being played. I'm not gonna go out and buy all Flames gear and claim to be the greatest Flames fan ever. It's been a blast to watch though :)

So long as hot girls keep flashing boobies on 17th Avenue, the band wagon can keep on growing. I'm actually a Sens fan in Calgary (but I keep that under my hat).

Yeah even though the Flames eliminated the Canucks (which still aches me), they put a big smile on my face when they knocked out Detroit in 6.

The Flames played a very awesome and powerful game tonight. Lets hope they can bring it and beat San Jose in 6.

Great game tonight!! Ville fighting off the hook around the neck then throwing out a pass for the assist was awsome! As was the whole team tonight.

Hopefully the Flames can break the home ice curse and finish the Sharks off in Game 6. I don't think I can stomach a Game 7.
Iginla and Kipper both looked great in Game 5 and that's a great sign. If they continue to produce, the Flames will be tough to beat.

I think that no matter what Calgary will win the series. If they lose tonight, they will come back HELLA strong in SJ. And if they win tonight..well we all know.

Yesterday they released 2000 tickets for sale via ticketmaster online. I was away from the computer so I couldn't get any. But being a flames insider, I have a code for tickets that aren't used up for whatever reason and get released periodicaly before a game.

A random check at ticketmaster this morning netted me 2 tickets to the game tonight.

I'd take you Averett if I could. I had an agreement with a friend that was trying to get tickets as well. If either of us got them we'd give the other ticket to each other.

Some other things... Calgary knocked off 3 divisional champions, including the Presidents Trophy winner.. all three teams we beat cracked the 100-point barrier in the regular season.

WOW!!! :D What a night. The Dome was unreal last night!! SOooooooo loud, easily the loudest I've ever heard in there. Gelinas with the game winner again!! :thumbsup: Just great all around. 17th after the game was just ridiculous. I've never been in a crowd that tight before. It was packed! I'm told that it's a lot like Mardi Gras but I've never been there to compare. I could only take so much then I pulled the shoot and swam for the sidelines. Much nicer on the outskirts of the crowd. No trouble there either which says a lot about our fans. :thumbsup:

I am not a big Flames fan but as and a Canadan living in Montreal a big hockey fan, the only logical case here is to support the Flames t'il the end. Small market, canadian city and former cup champ, there is a hockey history in there like everywhere in Canada (No, not in Tampa, sorry bolt fans).

I wished for a Flyers / Flames finale for the beauty of it and have a real meaning to the game. now that Calgary is in, I just hope the Flyers can rebound and clinch the next 2 game.

It's been a long time since a team I supported did as well as the Flames are. In fact, the last time a pro team I supported won any title was in '89 when the Flames won the Cup. And hey, 15 is my lucky number. ;)
