Way to go Habitants, Congrats Mr. Julien, and who was it earlier calling him a moron oh yeah the answer is Kaos and here's the thread http://www.tfproject.org/tfp/showthr...threadid=52349 I wonder what he thinks of him now probably one of those fickle fans, I hate him, I love him, so confusing

What the hell.
Throwing shit on the ice? Thats a stoppage of play.. Vancouver fans are dumbasses for that. but it's been an increidlby exciting series, even if I can only listen to it over the net.

Well all I have to say is at least you can't blame it on Cloutier. What am I going to hear now, We could of won had Cloutier been in net, gotta give it to the Flames, they've got a lot of heart, congrats Calgary and enjoy rd.2 you deserve it.

Heh, first we heard, CLloutier is best.
Then he went down nand we heard, hedberg is a better goalie thean clouts, then he sucked, and we heard Auld is a great goalie blah blah. Canucks will give you 101 excuses for the lose. They won't admit they were beaten legitimetly.

love the place mat btw. But fuck, Calgary showed alot of heart, and as much as I hate Jerome Iginla right now, I have got to give it to him, he did good. All thoughts about Naslund not being a good captain have been erased, he came up huge when the pressure was on, with under 10 seconds left in the game. I had my last exciting moment at the end of the third, and I guess I will just have to go to sleep with a bitter taste in my mouth. Alex Auld did awesome, I think he will do good in this league. I just wish that over time would have gone longer, atleast until both teams got into a grove, and we could watch some more exciting hockey. Ed Jovonovski took a stupid penalty, and he had more giveaways that I can count on one hand. No one is to blame, but he was the worst canuck tonight. If there is a season next year, than Vancouver has alot of talent, they may look to make afew trades, but if Bertuzzi comes back, I expect this team to be just as good next year.

You know, you cheer for a team all season right from game 1... you cheer with all your heart because they do well and you expect them to bring home the cup... they make the playoffs and you're so elated... they make it through a tough game 6, and score with 5 seconds left to force overtime... and then its over so fast...
It really feels like I've wasted all my months cheering... and now who do I cheer for? I'm not watching another playoff hockey game this year, the experience has been cheapened for me. This is the last time I get so into a team, it's not healthy

Ace, It's part of being a fan, I've been a fan the entire 8 years.. 8 that they have not made the playoffs.
You stay with your team through the good and the bad, it's what being a fan is about. then again, where you a fan back when the canucks sucked? did you stay with them then?

yes, I've been a fan through the dark years of Messier and without Linden
But this is the first year I watched every televised game... many times in lieu of much needed homework... or studying in tonights case There's a lot of anger, and bitterness, and disappointment... but no matter what I say now, I know I'll be back waving a canucks flag again next year... But 2004 is a write-off as the playoffs are concerned... All the other games I watched were filler between nucks games.

Hey, if you Nuck fans think you've had it tough...
Think of how much pain Calgary's had to go through in the past 8 years.. no playoffs.. the past 15 years.. no series wins.. Amazing series though. Easily the best series in the first round this year, I'd say. GG! Jovo still sucks! |

Man lean years I was a Leafs fan in the 80's under Ballard, I even met the old bastard when I was younger, so don't let me hear all these young teams talking about lean years thewy haven't been around long enough to know what lean is.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeahhhhh Baby!!! You can put it in the win column!! Oh man that was tense. Unreal way to finish such a great series. I litterally dropped to the floor when they tied that up with 5.9 seconds left.
Yaaaaahooooo!! I'm gonna try to go to bed but there's nothing but honking and sheering outside, this town's going crazy. Good luck tomorrow night Sens. I'm standing by my Sens vs. Flames final.

Back to reality now i guess, no more hockey worth really watching. Man I feel so stupid and used after the year for some reason. Like the little rituals, and traditions before the game, just stupid stuff, but now that it is all over, I feel empty. Do I have problems. hahaha. I think so.
