St Joes? A #1 seed?
Sure, I'll be the first to admit that the hawks played above and beyond their ability; hell, they fell about 1 foot short of OT. That said I hate Philly, in particular all the sports teams that stem from that part of the country. Not b/c of the teams but b/c of the fans...Sorry if this rubs those fans the wrong way, but I feel they were "lucky" to get this far anyways. Ca-cawww!!!! GO DUKE!! (sorry, you know I had to say that...)

What was their record? Something like 29-1 before the loss to OSU. They had a good regular season record. But i dont know about their strength of schedule. They looked like a pretty good team. Lucas got lucky hitting that shot. If he missed that 3, game time for the Hawks. Good season though...

30-1 before the loss, they would have got more respect if they went 26-5 as like a 5 seat. Seing St Joseph play live really showed how good they were. There strength of scheadule was stronger than that of Stanford and they constantly had an RPI in the top 3.
